- Login as the Admin User
- Click Settings, then School Settings
- Fill the following:
- Header Title
- Subtitle
- Footer Text (eg, the school tag line)
- Activate the Frontend Enable Chat
- Activate the Backend Enable Chat
- Click Save
- Then click Add Agent
- Fill the Form
- Name
- Designation
- WhatsApp Number (Add the number 234 and omit 0 for Nigeria)
- Time Slot
- Profile photo
- Select the off day (Weekends or not)
- Activate by Toggle the Active
- Click Save
You can add many agents to the WhatsApp and put them on schedules
